Quality Control
This is where some may refer to us as control freaks, however this works in our favour for quality control. All textile projects are quality checked at each stage of the manufacturing process as well as at the end. We confirm the product is perfect as it goes along its production journey in our sewing factory.
Any faults or flaws within the materials will be detected and removed and you may well be notified if this means a slightly different outcome to our initial discussions.
Each seam, fastening, overlocked edge, elastic insert, enclosed side, decorative top stitching, pin removal, bound finish or labels will be checked and measured to confirm they are correct to your exact specifications.
We aim for us to be as delighted with your product as you, your customers and product users will be.
