Textile Sampling
Samples are created to ensure you the client and the team in the sewing room know exactly what the end products will be.
We are a Cut, Make and Trim (CMT) textile manufacturing factory, which means we, cut, make and trim products made out for textiles on behalf of others, using the skills and machinery in our factory. If you require guidance and help with sourcing materials and pattern or fabric design, please do ask and we can assist.
Before the actual sampling begins, we arrange a detailed consultation with you. We consider working with our customers as a partnership. We like to work with you, as well as for you. Experience has taught us good communication is what gets to the end result the fastest. Everything will be discussed with you from materials and design, right through to how your products will be packed and dispatched back to you or your selected warehouse.
We may advise on design, where for example the seam could be placed a few mm’s this way or that to ensure more products are able to be trimmed out of the width of the fabric. Perhaps altering or moving fastening or label placement may reduce sewing times. Any details such as these will be discussed at your initial consultation.
Our aim is to work with you to ensure the best textile product is manufactured for you at the most efficient cost. Any saving in production time, processing or raw material usage, will reduce the overall unit production costs.
